A business plan can be an incredibly important clarifying document that brings all the moving parts into a cohesive vision and action plan.
It can also be overwhelming to think about writing.
Whether you need the plan for your own clarity, or whether you need it for financing I can help you find the plan that will work best for you.
Every business is unique and what it needs are unique. My prices range depending on what you need.
Prices range from $900 (see below) to up to $2,500 if you need a plan for financing.
A Business Plan for You
This is for people who want to be taken through a process to gain clarity for themselves and fix things that aren’t working. Typically for early stage solo-preneurs.
Meeting #1 - Set the Vision: What do you really want?
Meeting #2 - What Do People Need? Together we will design a customer interview, and individually you will meet with potential clients and conduct interviews
Meeting #3 - Crafting the offers: Combining what you want with what people need we will bring it all together and we will create a set of product/service offerings that will allow you to reach your goal.
Meeting #4 - Business Plan: I will present you with a simplified business plan based on our work together with the key pieces you need to make it a reality. It will include estimated monthly cashflow, offerings, marketing needs, ideal customer profile, and key tasks list to achieve it.
This is typically done over 2 to 3 months, payment plans available.
Business Plans for Loans or Grants
This is for businesses that are growing, taking a big leap into something new. Whether you are seeking financing from a bank, a grant, or a private investor I can help you create the professional business plan you need to secure the growth opportunity.
Depending on who you are working with, they may have a template they would like you to use, this is important information to gather and bring to our discovery call so that I can determine the work to be done and determine the costs.
The first step is always a discovery call to make sure it is a good fit.
Costs are typically between $1,500 and $2,500.
